Open water swimming lesson
FOR SWIMMERS CAPABLE OF 200m SWIM (Northern lands standard of basic swimming skill)
group lesson maximum 5 people
starting on a beach location (preferred Iisalmi main beach on sunday mornings)
120 minutes consisting of
20 minutes lecture about open water swimming safety, equipment and information essential to know while swimming in open water.
10 minutes warm up session on land for better experience in water
90 minutes swim warm up, safety rules, route swimming according customer skill level and desire or a Maukkes planned route in Iisalmi (preferred)
Recommended group size:
5 maximum, but in case bigger is your preference contact Maukke to agree on it. Maukke has 5 safety equipment sets ready to go for customer use (safety buoy & hat)
Price: 50e / 120min. + 10e/ each swimmer + travelling costs to location outside Iisalmi city centre 20e/100km
